Morgan's Poem

In the fall of 1999, Emmanoel Morgan Ginsberg, age eight, and two other students from his school, were recognized for poetry writing. Each student received a book as a prize, and their poems were posted in the hallway for all to see. Here is the poem he wrote:

Fall Potato Chips by Morgan Ginsberg

Jumping in a pile of leaves
And they crumble as I jump
Like a bag of potato chips

Morgan was born in Recife, Brazil, and adopted in 1992. He came to the US at age 8 months.
